1. Normally each club is assigned one page. Please refer to the reports in the last issue of the Fig Tree.
2. Photos should be submitted together with the report in JPEG format if they are to be included. Hard copies of photos are also accepted, but the photos will not be returned. Photos that show what the activity is about are preferred. Captions must be given to the photos. The captions should also be approved by your teacher advisor.
3. All reports should be written in English except those of 中文學會, 中文辯論學會, 普通話學會, 中樂團, 學聲.
4. The font size should be “ Times New Roman 12” or “新細明體 12”.
5. The name of the committee members should either be in the form Peter Chan or Chan Tai-man.
   Name of teachers should be in the form Ms. Chan Siu-mei
6. A logo or design is needed for each club/society/house. If possible, please send it together with the report.
7. Please show the typed reports to your teacher-in-charge and ask him/her to put his/her signature on the report before submitting to the Editorial Board, make sure that the content of the report is informative and interesting.
8. Please present a signed hard copy of the report to the Editorial Board.
9. Please send all the files (i.e. the report, the photos, and the logo) as an attachment to figtree0708@gmail.com, with the name of your party as the e-mail subject. Floppy disk is also accepted if e-mail sending is not possible.
